      Pros

      Near unlimited creative freedom to own your role and implement creative solutions Transparency across the organization No politics. At all. Everyone on the team truly wants everyone else to succeed. Teamwork. Even when something doesn't fall within your job description, you're motivated to lend your skills to problem solving. Leftbrain's values permeate the company, especially the idea of empowerment and transparency. The service and tech are all about empowering artists, which feels really great to be involved in. Leftbrain clearly values women in leadership and diversity both in the advisory board (two thirds women) and in senior leadership in the company.

      Cons

      Remote work limits the engagement we could have as a team. But this will change soon as pandemic restrictions loosen up.
