Pros

4 day work week is a decent benefit but not worth dealing with such arrogant and unprofessional employers.

Cons

The CEO wants the employees to be glued to their screen 24x7. their time and attendance policies are ridiculous. Just because the company offers a 4 day work week the CEO seems to think he owns the employees. No training, which is ironic since the platform is meant to train banking employees. The management is rude and unprofessional in communicating with employees about expectations. There is no autonomy, no room for growth. They will fire you because you were not available on slack for 10 minutes while your status was not set to away or if you want to take a sick day. You are made to feel indebted because you were "allowed" to go on leave that was discussed well before joining and was unpaid. BTW all this happened in 3 weeks. Would not recommend working here AT ALL.

Remote work a plus, but they watch you like a hawk

Cons

Management will write you up if you don't respond to slack in a few seconds. Warmer leads go to your manager. You won't see any leads that actually have real phone numbers unless you're in charge,

We work hard to create a supportive, collaborative environment where every team member has the tools and guidance they need to succeed. We also continuously review our onboarding, coaching, and management practices. We try hard to create an environment in which everyone can succeed. Regarding expectations around communication and lead distribution, we’re sorry to you felt that way. We have regular stand-ups and a well defined lead distribution process so this is surprising.
