Pros
Excellent culture, front-line management, and opportunities. Recent acquisition by Procore has taken a great company to the next level.
Cons
The hustle is real. Also must be very nimble and willing to work in an ever changing environment, as the company is always tinkering with things.

Pros
-Remote work -Industry leader with a solid LRM service -Owned by Procore with great industry recognition (clout among construction companies) -Lots of positive attitudes and good culture -Strong executive leadership -Decent benefits
Cons
-Hiring young AEs with no sales experience and expecting them to perform at the same level as 10+ year quota-carrying veterans -Promoting inexperienced sales managers after only a couple months as AE -Base salary is not competitive -Sales enablement holds training meetings throughout the day for weeks while hardly teaching any actual sales techniques -Unlimited PTO is a joke

Pros
collaborative, team driven, outcome driven. I like it here.
Cons
YMMV by team and/or business unit. overall, teams have what they need to get work done. generally fast paced. in my experience, the attention to the success of the individual (vs the success of team) can be ignored on some teams. depends on line manager and the culture of the team you belong to. Levelset has historically left professional development up to the individual to pursue on their own.
