      I worked at LifeCell

      Pros

Market leader. Repeat business model. Great Culture

      Cons

just purchased by Allergen. That is a great company as well, however.

      Advice to Management

      Good luck

Former Employee - Associate in Bridgewater, NJ

I worked at LifeCell full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

LifeCell had some fun programs for employees -- ice cream on Mondays during the summer, a great picnic with families and holiday party -- not sure if these are still happening

      Cons

A lot of the Management was very like HS, you were either in or out and it didn't matter haw well you did your job if you were out.

      Advice to Management

Hopefully, they stopped protecting the cliques when they were bought by Allergan.

I have been working at LifeCell full-time for more than 8 years

      Pros

It's a job. There is nothing else good about this company after they merged with Allergan,

      Cons

Since merging with Allergan, pay has been cut, benefits cut, bonuses cut. The merger started off well, but now they are getting rid of Lifecell employees.

      Advice to Management

The company grew really too fast and only focuses on the bottom line. The employees have no loyalty left in them.

      Disapproves of CEO

I worked at LifeCell for less than a year

      Pros

Cannot name any positives for the section. I quit.

      Cons

Contract employees are told they will be hired within 6 months time. In my 6 months time, I've met contract employees who have been out of their contract beyond the 6 months, long into their second year of employment while still being a temp employee with no vacation time, no benefits,

      Advice to Management

Second shift, Wed-Sat, you should be more flexible with employee requesting time off for family events and not be so quick to write or give out occurrences. Stop with the favoritism,
