Offered a role at this company saying loads and of work there. Get there nothing!! Moved for the job to! They are not honest, and the culture is terrible, everyone disrespects each other and talk behind each others backs, disrespecting each other, constant arguments in fighting with so called managers, some there to take the money! No leadership to speak of, constant put downs and negative talk to staff and about staff. The whole experience of working for lightforce group has put a strain on my personal life!! But they do not care, advice to employees who work there watch your back if you mention any of the bad behaviours and bullying you will get it!! Also HR people came and went nearly monthly there was a new HR person! What dues that say about the place! Not much!

Not willing to adapt and try new things.
