Working from home is the benefit, nice colleagues

Cons

Poor toxic management who don’t know how to manage. Will be on your case, the onboarding is also slow and won’t respond to you. Impossible to get holiday.

where do I begin: shift patterns that can change at the whim of the managers working for multiple sites per week or even per day, all with different system, rules and regulations minimum wage incredibly stressful, dealing with patients that scream at you constantly with absolutely no support other than "take some time for yourself but also be back on call in 5 minutes" unsupportive managers, unsupportive HR, unsupportive company in general paid on the last day of the month with no flexibility no swapping shifts with coworkers under any circumstances other than a written request to management 3-5 days before and identical shift lengths

Work From home Left to own devices if meeting targets

Cons

They don't respect your personal time or work life balance and will change your rota with no notice regardless of other commitments. Poor pay. No staff benefits whatsoever High staff turnaround and poor communication, staff you have worked with for years will often disappear without a trace or a mention
