Fantastic work environment. Great people that are passionate about the mission to decarbonize the grid and incorporate renewables without needing to update existing infrastructure.

Cons

Remote first company which means that it can be difficult to form meaningful bonds with coworkers that you don' t regularly see.

Pros

I want to spend my working hours making a difference in the world, and LineVision gives each day meaning and purpose. I get to work with some of the most passionate, hard-working, mission driven colleagues I've ever met. It's truly inspiring.

Cons

Everyone is expected to participate as an owner in the company. If you prefer being a passenger then this may not be the right spot for you. I personally don't see this as a con - I love the energy.

Huge opportunity for positive impact, both technically and also purposefully in contributing to a clean energy transition. Mission-driven workforce of like-minded individuals with a high integrity, conscious executive leadership team. LineVision is focused on applying IoT sensing, analytics and software to run a more reliable, decarbonized power grid.

Cons

As with many young companies, still a lot of work to do in maturing systems, processes, platforms. No shortage of work to do.
