      - Colleagues are kind, smart and funny - Hypergrowth (revenue doubling....already very profitable) - Founders are domain experts in D2C on a global scale. You get real mentorship. - Can take initiatives and execute on new ideas - Lots of learning!!! - Work life balance and no crazy hours - Decent salary and an all-around great workplace

      Cons

      Nothing really but keep in mind: - you'll be the master of your fate. You can push for your growth by taking initiatives and going the extra mile.
