Pros

* The individuals that do a lot of the regular work are great. Some of the nicest you'll meet. * WFH is always nice. * On top of PTO you get "no questions asked" personal days (hours accrued).

Cons

* Management would rather "get things done quick" instead of "get things done right." Get ready to spend weeks to months trudging through multiple messes because of this mentality. * It's very hard to understand and learn a lot of the processes that currently exist. This means that while they won't expect you to do certain things, you won't learn much other than the bare minimum you do. * Compensation is pretty subpar. Especially now that some benefits have been cut. * Raises are very low. * Your level and the ability to get promoted are also nonexistant. Don't expect a promotion even after multiple periods of stellar reviews. * They moved to unlimited PTO a long time ago, but taking time off is looked negatively.

Not a great company

Pros

Really the only pro is the coworkers and the folks doing the actual work. I work with great individuals who are smart and and easy to work with.

Cons

I'm not sure about the other reviews here, but a lot has changed to the negative in the last few months of 2024. -Many benefits have been cut: phone reimbursement, gym subsidy, online learning platform (Udemy) -Existing benefits have become more expensive for employees (health, dental, eye insurance) -Fear-based management is rampant throughout the company (taking time off results in the expectation that you work more in off hours to make up even though your workload has not fallen behind) -The company has an "umlimited" PTO policy but numerous individuals have had conversations with management that it is not unlimited. This is despite the fact that employees are getting their workload done. -Employees live in a world where we fear RIFs at any time -If you are looking for a bonus, look elsewhere. There hasn't been a single bonus in 4+ years besides the one that was approved even though sales numbers didn't get met for 2023 (more of a pity bonus). -Promotions don't happen unless you are upper management or you are in sales or HR -Raises are almost non-existent or you receive the bare minimum which is less then cost of living increases

Pros

The people are all genuine, and great to interact and collaborate with. The company is in growth mode and they treat their clients right which is very refreshing. Amazing benefits and competitive pay, you can tell that they really care about their people and want them to succeed.

Cons

Since LinkLive is a smaller company, you see people wearing multiple hats. Could be turned into a pro in that you learn a ton by dipping toes in various parts of the org.
