Pros

Always good to work in the food industry to learn and understand what goes on in a restaurant. Teach yourself to know the surroundings of a food business, understand what can happen on a good or bad day behind the counters or in a drive thru. Put yourself in a customers position and understand that sometimes the customer in front or behind you could be making a problem for the staff and not the other way around, It can happen. You get to meet some great people along the way. One of the many places to learn new skills and interests. The customers you see on a regular basis get to know you. If you are feeling down they can cheer you up just be being there. The new president of the company has a Christmas party for everyone in the company. All of the stores close early, so everyone can make it. I really appreciate that they try to get everyone to go and close the stores down.

Cons

There are cons with all jobs. I think they are all at random. You can learn and grow from some cons and others let you decide if you want to continue to work at a certain store or with company all together.
