      Understanding staff, fun company culture, leaders that genuinely care about staff and well being, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Lots of options to pick up shifts, but not always going to be within your area.

      Pros

      The owner and leadership team really try to do whats best for their clients and workers. They are flexible, open and accept feedback. The leadership team tries to ensure hours for BTs/RBTs and do what they can to service their clients.

      Cons

      None at this time, I’ve been very happy here.
