      Loved my coworkers and my patients

      Cons

      Constantly told I was doing good job and then threatened with termination because parents didn’t want to commit to 12+ months of therapy. No real mentorship, overworked, and underpaid

      - Families you work with - Kids you treat

      Cons

      - Overworked and over scheduled - Lack of oversight - Extra job duties for already over scheduled therapists - Too long work hours - Lunches get sometimes taken away to see more clients (ILLEGAL) - When there’s a cancellation, they will schedule an evaluation even if there’s no more room in the schedule to see more kids

      - Families are wonderful to work with - Most of the co-workers are collaborative and will help you if need

      Cons

      - Poor leadership/no mentorship - Overworking therapists: they will schedule you back to back with no time to document. They appear to care more about the money you are bringing in than your well-being. - Office drama and gossip was always very toxic and hard to work around - As much as you want to put your all into your clients, there is no time to do so because of how they schedule -Penalized if you bring something to HR or complain
