      Leadership team is the weakest link of the company Large scale vision but incredibly poor execution Tone deaf to the market Unrealistic expectations Poor hiring practices which ultimately creates collateral damage Ultimately you will likely report to someone who has no experience actually doing the job

      Made lasting friendships with co-workers.

      Cons

      The company culture is toxic. You must drink the kool aid to work here. The owner says he likes to work people almost to their breaking point so he feels he gets his monies worth. Bare minimum in benefits. Some people make decent money and some are undervalued and underpaid. Extremely stressful environment to work in. This company is all about making as much money as possible for the owner at the expense of its good employees.
