Friendships, helping people with disabilities live their best life possible

Cons

Their toxic positivity culture and focusing on mundane things instead of the bigger issues at the organization are going to be their downfall in the long run. Bullies in leadership roles doesn’t promote longevity and neither does working your people into the ground with unrealistic expectations. Don’t work in the business office.
