Pros

Good starting salary to work with for freshers or for those who are from other companies and want to join LogPoint. Talented people are hired. The timing is flexible (could do work even from home sometimes).

Cons

High benefits to those who had to communicate with upper management daily than to those who had been working very hard for the product. Some poor decisions from management which made employees to think about leaving the company and have left. Many things have changed from last year which we employees don't think good or fair enough.

• Very good opportunity to grow in your field if you're coming right out of college. • Great working environment.

Cons

• The management needs to be more stable. • While growth for associate developers is good, limited growth for long-term employment.
