Their efforts to make employees feel valued are visible and they feel sincere. The CEO holds employee meetings where employees are encouraged to ask him questions directly. All management members are approachable. The hardworking "start-up" energy is my favorite part of working here. Everyone is focused on producing quality work and process improvement. Mistakes are quickly addressed without wasting time on blaming and shaming. I appreciate the refreshingly positive work culture at Loggerhead and I look forward to the company's growth.
