      Pros

      - "No BS" approach which I love - We get things done - Being fully remote gives you an amazing work-life balance - The company has evolved massively in terms of processes and breaking communication silos throughout the years I've been here. But there’s always room for improvement. - Engineering and Product team are brilliant, engaged and committed

      Cons

      The overall landscape for tech startups changed massively since the pandemic, which made everything more challenging in terms of capacity and resource management. Gone are the days since HBO’s Silicon Valley.

      Pros

      Overall, I'm really happy working at Lumar. It's a fun and engaging environment with a great team. One of the things I appreciate most is the flexibility in working hours. This has been a game-changer for me, especially with a young family. It allows me to juggle my work responsibilities with my personal life much more easily. The summer Fridays are a fantastic perk - having that extra time off really makes a difference to my work-life balance and allows me to spend more quality time with my family.

      Cons

      Things move quickly at Lumar and we have to be lean and efficient. This can be challenging at times, but it also means there's never a dull moment and I'm constantly learning and growing.
