This company really cares about their employees. The people are brilliant, friendly and fun, and the benefits are unparalleled. I also appreciate the challenging, diverse work and the flexible schedule/WFH options.
Cons
As I expect happened with most companies, working during a global pandemic meant we had to adapt and change some of our strategies, and it meant we weren't able to be together in person. But now that the world is opening up again, I'm so grateful we can all be together again in the office.
The owners strive to make this a place you want to work. They care about you as a person and that you have a great work-family-life balance. They make it fun and allow a great deal of flexibility. They want to direct you to work that fits your skills and interests.

None really. The work can be challenging, yet highly rewarding.
