Pros
Professional yet friendly, like one big family! Whole team is super supportive, and there is a wealth of knowledge from each staff member which helped me grow significantly in my role. Each member of staff is approachable and helpful, very supportive.
Cons
NONE, my only reason for leaving the business was a change in my personal circumstance. I am very sad to not be part of the Lynton family!

Pros
The Directors listen and genuinely care about your future and potential with the company. As the company is in a period of rapid growth, there has been a lot of different opportunities arise and I was lucky enough to be promoted into a new management role that offers new challenges and takes into consideration the skills that I have learned along the way I have always felt that my opinions are listened to and that my skill sets are constantly updated. I have worked for Lynton for 7 years and have always felt a valued member of the team from day one.
Cons
The salaries are not the highest- however, I would rather this than a little more money in a company where I don't feel valued or count.
