Employees randomly getting laid off right before the first raise in years. There is over the top favoritism for some employees coming from senior management how's last name is not Lyons. You need to have a personal friendship or flirt with senior management to move up and get special privileges that other employees don't get. If you are a girl who don't play that game you might find yourself laid off, or harrassed until you leave. Plus low pay, no regular raises or bonus. Producers are not bringing enough new business. Clients and employees are leaving on regular basis.

Management is more focused on the outside appearance than doing a good job. Company does not know or care to learn how to create a positive work environment. Management staff has extremely low amount of insurance knowledge. There is no desire to grow employees professionally.
