Pros
Worst team leader I have ever worked with , no product knowledge, they know only to shout in morning hurdles and mostly team leader uses abusive words and thinks that he is the head of all and mostly his way of behaviour makes us feel that we are begging them for salary and food. As long I have worked most of the employees have a negative impact on the senior and the company. Not a good place to work or build your carrier.
Cons
The team leader think that the sales executives are beggars and will do anything as he says. No proper work culture and ethics. Even if the employee dies they are not bothered wat kind of people shame on you for running such a show.
