      Easy to get hired.. especially if you know someone with in.

      Cons

      Experienced employees often overlooked. HR responsiveness needs improvement. Workplace conflicts not always resolved fairly. Communication standards inconsistently enforced. Leadership development opportunities limited.

      A lot of communication from Leadership and HR. Great benefits. Great pay.

      The only con is that they are no longer my management company.
