      Pros

      The salary is decent and the opportunity for commission is good. MB Jessee has a nice office space and management always makes sure that you have all necessary tools to be successful.

      Commission transparency and at times interdepartmental tension.

      Flexible Schedule, Opportunity (if given) to be trained by mentors

      Cons

      An emotionally driven, condescending man that owns and runs the company with no moral compass. You may lose your soul - but at least it's competitive pay. The office is the most frightening environment I've ever encountered. If you're a person of color - I would strongly suggest not working with/at MB JESSEE. The ignorance will make your blood boil.
