The only good thing about this company is the people on the shop floor and some of those in the offices

The Directors live in the dark ages with monitoring and not trusting employees, managers are bully’s who believe they can do and say anything they like and the ex-MD who won’t give up and retire shouts and swears at people. The Managers wouldn’t last 5 minutes in the real world where they are not protected, not a clue how to manage people or processes.
