Pros

Benefits are decent , central location

Cons

low wages, extreme micromanagement , extremely old school.... Where to start , my manager counts the minutes that I am away from my desk , they run daily reports on who's online and working , and if you miss few minutes you will be asked why , the system keeps crashing almost daily and out tech department is so incompetent that they refuse to provide a better solutions and better technology than being stuck in an old system that is barely working for us I am struggling to communicate with our clients and meet deadlines, we thought the new guy would actually have a chance to deliver new technology, but they let him go , every morning I come to work my system is down , my clients are waiting and I can't get anyone to listen, my manager only cares about her position , extremely micromanaged from punch in to punch out . the top heads have no clue , they sure get paid well . eventually all the clients will catch up and move to another company and another product and service , and this is what I hope for because I believe they are cheating every carrier.

Pros

They advertise being family oriented and that is true for the most part. They have flexible hours so you can come in anytime you want but you must work for 8 hours.

Cons

All the managers micromanage to death. They say they are family friendly with flexible hours but one of the executives threw a hissy fit that people were using their flexible hours to be able to take care of their family but coming in super early and leaving early (6-2:30). They pile the work on you and tell you things like “let me know if you’re overwhelmed” but when you do they’re just like “so what’s the problem?”. I told my manager I didn’t have time to do everything they want me to do in one day and they’re response was “well I do that much work.” Yeah and you probably get paid better too and I get your emails and see your time stamped updates from 10 PM. The staff is constantly revolving and it’s an accomplishment if someone been here much longer than a year. There’s so much politicking here too it’s insane. I want to come in, do my job, and go home and not get dragged into that BS.

Cons

No benefits, no promise of employment; Very Low salary; Oppressive management and total lack of any substantive training; Training depends on other employees who may tell you different things; Total disregard for meaning of independent contractor versus employee
