Pros
It is a very small company, which leaves a lot of room for expanding your skills through practice.
Cons
The development moves at a frustratingly slow speed. It seems like every time you complete something you need to restart because there is no clear mission. This means high pressure to deliver, but a lot of confusion about what needs to be delivered. Always changing timeline. A revolving door of employees (primarily international graduate students) who are basically working for free.
