      work can get real slow, and management can make simple jobs overly complicated.

      Pros

      The biggest pro is the consistent hours and having weekends off.

      Cons

      It’s still a family company. Which sounds great on paper, until you realize that there’s little room for long term advancement. The pay isn’t great, and management knows it. Be prepared to have a lack of structure. They do not have proper training setup, and everyone relies on “tribal knowledge”.
