Management can't be trusted. They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you on the job then screw you once you've already traveled there.

    Advice to Management

Stick to your word. If you say you're going to do something or pay a certain rate pay what you agree to.

    Pros

I have been working with Michelle and Elizabeth of the MMR Group for about a month now while in the interview process. Unlike other recruiting teams these 2 ladies truly customize their service to best fit their needs and help you get the job. I have been given interview tips that were specific to the company I was applying for, extra background information on the company that isn't online and tons of support along the way. I am blown away by how above and beyond these professionals continue to go for their clients. It is clear how much they care about feedback and have taken the time to get to know me so I am placed with a company I enjoy working for. Do not pass up the opportunity to work with MMR Group! No one in the industry will be as helpful as they are.

    Cons

Nothing! Best customized service in the business.

    Advice to Management

Never change the way you operate.

I have been working at MMR Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Relaxed Atmosphere, You get your own office (no cubicles), Great benefits package and paid vacation, Reasonable workload, Mostly fantastic people to work with.

    Cons

Overpaid management, The entire company does a pretty terrible job at communicating changes and specific practices within the company. Can be very rough for new employees to follow specific procedure without much direction

    Advice to Management

Reduce the pay gap between management and your employees. Focus more on distribution of information. Expect more from your middle and upper management if you are going to pay them significantly more.
