      Pros

      Owners are determined to help you find work. Can be very transparent, and accommodating.

      Cons

      Not always a compensation when client is out, and you are unable to work. They do try to help but not always covers the amount you are used to making when client is able to receive ABA services.

      Pros

      MOD is the best ABA I’ve worked for. They take great care of their employees. If a client cancels they are quick to find a substitution for you. They respect RBTs here and listen to concerns. The BCBAs are very knowledgeable and provide you with support and are open to collaborative efforts.

      Cons

      Client cancellations but it’s part of the field and any company you go to.

      Pros

      Mod behavior takes great care of their employees. I have been with them for almost a year. They do care about who they hire and treat us with respect. Glad to be a part of that comp.

      Cons

      They don’t pay for travel time between cases.
