New management have no experience in the industry - making huge mistakes and then find other people to blame. Group CEO has no experience in the industry but stops experienced people making decisions. New Chief of Well Being has done nothing about the wellbeing of the staff, ignore staff feedback, never asked staff how they are, many have mental health issues from poor treatment at work, moral is LOW. No experience or qualifications in Well Being, HR, mental health etc Fake job role. Staff are paid as minimal as possible, higher management not in touch with real life. No incentives, bonuses, poor pay, but expected to work above and beyond. Discrimination at all levels, especially recruitment, no recruitment experience in the business. Training for new staff is extremely poor, they make items for racing teams with little training and these are not quality checked. No understanding of quality control, sustainability, innovation, leadership, progression etc Group CEO's Accounts company does all finances, he uses third party advisors who are his friends so he can manipulate the running of the business his way. Micro management through the business, no flexibilty, some people (office) are allowed to work from home (men), some arent (women) - discrimination throughout. All managers are white middle aged men - History of racisim Business is going down hill.
