- The view you see from the office.

Cons

- Little to no proper training is provided, yet employees are expected to immediately know how to perform the job. - There is no room for mistakes or growth; expectations are unrealistic from the start. - High turnover rate, which reflects the overall work environment. - CEO openly gossips about employees, which creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. - Employees are terminated without clear communication or valid reasoning. - Many of the negative reviews about the company turned out to be accurate based on my experience.

We provide structured training and set clear expectations, and we don’t tolerate gossip or unfair terminations. High standards exist, but we also support growth and have strong retention in most roles. We stand by our culture of positivity and transparency. There were no pros at this company

Cons

Everything. The CEO micromanages everything, he has cameras installed in both offices and apparently listens and watches his employees. The entire management team is idiotic, the software is garbage, and you get abused by customers because the software is garbage. No one give any assistance. They also put fake reviews.
