Poor management, no opportunity to work from home, poor work culture, bonus often promised but not happening

The less said about this place the better. Working here will suit someone looking for little career progression and a demoralising work environment. The phrase ‘employee wellbeing is our first priority’ is banded around a lot but the reality is quite the opposite. Such a shame as this used to be a nice place to work however has gone steadily downhill over the last few years after multiple ill-conceived restructures appear to have stripped the humanity from this company.
