I would NOT return to MSI now! I am still in contact with many of the people I worked with and am glad I no longer work for there. A year and a half ago they got rid of ALL managers from the office and said there would be no management except in the Texas office. HOW can a company manage an office in another state? I would still stop by the office whenever I was in town and I was very disappointed to see them "walking out" the person I had trained to replace me. This was 8 months ago, they fired her for being sick in the hospital with pnuemonia and called it a breach of contract!!! They made everyone aign a contract last year saying that they would not call out for any reason, even ill health, or get fired. And just a few weeks ago they fired everyone from that location. MSI used to be a fantastic company to work for. Now it is just a matter of WHEN they will go under. 32 years of a great company gone down the drain!

The management squeezes absolutely everything they can out of you. Nothing in return, no time off, no bonus - oh wait they do give you a thank you for all your hard work while they have a hired security walk you out the door. Ya, that is a special bonus and to honey coat it with 1/2 week per year severance was just so special. So worth the loss of time with family, holidays, weekends. I have never worked so hard, gave so much for a boot out the door.
