Pros
- Great working environment, generally people are friendly and helpful within the unit.
- Being a small unit and working in a small team, you get to do things a lot on your own, be given more responsibility to head.
- I work in the purchasing department, and my manager is super cool in terms of I have autonomy over my work, he just double checks and in case any errors are found simply passes them back to correct. Which I found quite unique given the constant work pressure we have at work now days.
