      Pros

      Not many to share, some good people working here, They seem to be in a rut though and MTS will take advantage of that.

      Cons

      No benefits. No paid overtime(overtime is required in this company) Opinions are rarely heard.

      Pros

      Free tea and coffee is only positive really.

      Cons

      Long work days, over time expected and unpaid. Time in lieu not given. Not all staff treated equally, poor management from higher level. Lack of respect for ground and office staff. No company benefits, no pension, healthcare, maternity or sick pay.
