      Flexibility, normal daytime hours, no weekends

      Cons

      Company does not care about you as an individual. Yearly raises are about 30 cents each. no chance to move within the position. program is designed poorly. schools and family's often don't want the help we are trying to provide. lack of direction and supervision.

      Friendly, dedicated employees. Semi-independent environment.

      Cons

      Poor pay and management. During budget cuts, loyal employees were laid off without notice and immediately escorted out of the building like criminals.
