I have been working at Madison Security full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    They will definitely hire anybody

    Cons

Get lied to by management and constantly put in harms way. Management encourages their guards and supervisors to do the job of nypd and then suspend you if you refuse. Management is always getting caught sexually harassing guards and nothing is done about it. Some guards are carring nypd batons and handcuffs forgetting that is illegal. Minimum wage, get yelled at by dispatch if you try to take off. Almost never get relieved on time. They will make sure you are not paid overtime even if it means messing up your check, which you have to put in a discrepancy for and then your following check you will be scheduled for less hours to make it balance out to no overtime. Biweekly pay withno direct deposit.

I have been working at Madison Security full-time

    Pros

Might be good for a college student. Not much else.

    Cons

Schedules are completed last minute and change repeatedly. All workers are "on call", so even on you days off they can require that you come in and work or take a write up. Management is very anti-women workers. Pay is very low.
