      Wonderful culture and office, but conversion is challenging

      Pros

      The office in Waltham is wonderful to work in. The culture and environment were exceptional—especially the people. I learned a lot during my time in the year, even though it was short. Lunch is provided. Besides that, there is a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      You will have to outperform an MSP before they have a case to convert you from a contractor to a full-time perm role. The only paid time off you receive is sick time after 90 days, unless the contract you were hired under has PTO.
