Flexible hours. Free to suggest improvements (which are likely to be implemented if it has to do with manufacturing efficiency, but unlikely to be implemented if it has to do with communication)
Cons
Must interface with companies overseas during off hours. Management will micromanage and publicly berate employees. You must update a daily log showing progress. Management expects perfection. Small errors outweigh any type of success. When management is stressed, employees are to blame.
