      Remote Cool technology Make your own schedule

      Cons

      Leadership has no direction and has burned through $450M+ funds in the past couple years. Instead of developing core products they endless pivot chasing metas and wasting money acquiring broken tech, e.g. Slingshot

      * It was fun in the beginning * Crypto space is interesting

      Cons

      * Awful awful CTO with negative EQ who will harass and belittle you * Delusional leadership team building from ivory tower (Ivory tower is soon to crumble) * All my friends got fired, only talentless zombies remain at company (who cant quit because they can't get a better job elsewhere) * Company has bad reputation for being money-hungry externally, but internally its even worse

      Very friendly people and overall good vibes. Work was interesting and you could see your impact

      Cons

      Too much switching around priorities even for a startup. Multiple layoffs throughout the year and people leaving due to unclear vision
