From my time there, I did not see any pros at all.
Cons
I worked in the inventory fulfillment side for 8 weeks and I can tell you the jewelry is cheap. Time and again we had to toss pieces that would literally fall apart in my hands. It's only a matter of time before they fall apart in the customers hands. I brought this up to management and they didn't care at all. Trust me, you don't want to deal with these people. Terrible management and ownership is run by GREED.
