      as we are in jewellery showroom we saw a tremendous varity of jewellery.

      Cons

      working hours are more than 11 hours daily and didn't get any extra rewards such as overtime allowance

      Cons

      Multiple teams working on overlapping projects lack adequate funding, coordination, quality control. Business plans and priorities change on an almost daily basis. Few benefits.
