      Getting paid. Honestly that’s it.

      Cons

      The CEO’s volatile, highly demanding, irrational and generally hard to please nature has created a toxic environment. Nobody enjoys being sent into a frantic state of anxiety and stress. This is the reality here unfortunately. Steer clear.

      - Some coupons for free food and coffee from downstairs cafe.

      Cons

      - Toxic culture. If you like walking on eggshells around irrational management then this is the place for you. - Terrible leadership. - Priorities changed in an instant without an explanation. - Forget the knowledge and skills you have built as an expert in your field. No need for it since you just have to follow orders. - Part-time HR.

      High turnover, heavy micromanaging

      Some great staff members but most don’t hang around long

      Cons

      As mentioned by another employee, far to much micromanaging from the top. Priorities change out of nowhere and staff spend a lot of time scrambling because a new idea needs everybodies full attention straight away.
