      Great Culture. Partners are some of the nicest/smartest people with unbelievable work ethics and more importantly, extremely passionate about their careers.

      Cons

      Boutique structure may not be the best option for someone who prefers a larger firm with more structure, but this is not your average boutique firm. This is an all-star team, only the best make the cut.
