      Pros

      At the time of my employment, there were big changes happening but everyone treated each other very well. Great team work and ability to talk with all levels and different departments. All focused on customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for growth. It was a time of transition so a fair amount of uncertainty.

      Old MC was best company to ever work for - after changes? Horrible.

      Pros

      MC was a company I would have stayed with my entire career. Rewarding, amazing people, and management (all the way up the chain) who cared about me and the entire company as a whole. These pros are for the “old” company before all the changes took place and the company turned upside down.

      Cons

      After new leadership came in at the executive level the company quickly turned to the opposite of its original culture. I left very shortly after seeing the writing on the wall with the changes and after watching a sudden layoff to many close friends who had worked very hard at MC and devoted large portions of their career to the company. A lot of double talk, and nobody has your back anymore at the leadership level.
