      Pros

      This organization has flexible works schedules do to the many different shifts available for production and working on the line. It served me well when I was looking to attend school and earn income at the same time.

      Cons

      * The organization has a bias towards those who look for equal opportunity * The VP is a real nutjob and makes many racist comments. *HR is willing to lie and bend the truth to fire any employee as the HR director sees fit.
