Pros

1. If you do your work activities and tasks sincerely without any distractions or procrastination. The company will provide you with higher responsibilities, stability and roles. 2.) Timings are flexible and when we work, we need to remain dedicated to the number of hours we are working as long as we deliver quality work each day without taking any short cuts. 3.) Boss is open to well-articulated ideas and doesn't impose much. Your creativity can be recognized, appreciated and implemented here. 4.) Colleagues are very civil and mutually respectful of each other despite hierarchy. Everyone is valued equally. The higher your efforts the higher the reward. 5.) It's easier for your work to get recognized both within and outside the company and you can feel confident that you've directly contributed.

Cons

Not Many, Please maintain the same work culture.

Pros

You will attain great visibility within and out of the company if you do good work You will have room to exercise your creativity and it will also be appreciated a lot You will be pushed to perform to the best of your abilities You will be starting on some of the latest in trend technology topics You will have 5 day work week

Cons

For an engineer, the primary job would be to read the docs of some of the latest technologies with some working examples and then putting it together as a course. There is no clear career ladder for you since you will be a jack of all trades and a master of none in terms of technology. Since you will be moving to a new space once you are done with a course and it is published. This will not be the place for someone - who wants a chilled out workplace with some friends at the workplace - who wants peers to learn from - who wants to do something other than teaching - who wants to implement systems in real-life use cases rather than just teaching - if you are not comfortable being monitored constantly

Dear reviewer, thanks for reviewing us. For the record, you were fired from the company for inappropriate behavior. I would like to mention this in the spirit of full disclosure. Now, let me address some of your perceived cons. 1. "There is no clear career ladder" We are a startup and a young company. We are not a company with 3 Lakh people and 30 rungs to climb. That said, we offer above-average career growth for motivated people. We are no different from many other young companies in this regard. 2. "you will be a jack of all trades and a master of none in terms of technology" - Not true. You may well be a jack of all, but that would be on account of how you have approached your work. Our people, who have been promoted repeatedly, are masters at what they do. 3. "Not a place for who wants a chilled out workplace with some friends at the workplace" Well, we prioritize excellence over "chilling out" and employees finding dating partners at the workplace. Sorry to disappoint you here. 4. "Not a place for those who wants peers to learn from" Given that we have a largely very young team, peer learning is over-rated. Of course, we provide opportunities for people to learn from the best, though. 5. "Not a place for who wants to do something other than teaching" Well, I thought this must be quite obvious. But looks like it isn't. We are an ed-tech company and we aren't the best place for those who want to do something other than teaching. Only a retard would join an ed-tech company and would want to do something else. If you want to make electric cars, for instance, you should go join Tesla. Please don't come here. 6. "Not the place for who wants to implement systems in real-life use cases rather than just teaching" Only a retard would join an ed-tech company and want to "implement systems in real life". Why don't you join a company that "implements systems in real life" instead? 7. "Not for those if you are not comfortable being monitored constantly" If you lie and cheat and don't actually do the work, you will be monitored and get eventually fired anywhere else as well. This much should be obvious to you by now.
