      Lots of ideas implemented, but release planning could have been better

      There's no process. It's just what management wants

      Short hours. No calls or email after 5pm. Relax office amosphere.

      Cons

      No communication, no process from above. It's whatever the MAN wants. If he favorites someone, that person got it made. Everyone else is just a serving.
