      There are no pros to list.

      Cons

      CEO doesn’t know how to run his company properly. He will hire and then not train and allow you to drown. He has no sense of leadership and just sits at home instead of coming into the office. He’s quick to fire people.

      Fantastic company with room to grow

      Pros

      The company is full of like minded driven individuals that work together to drive the company forward. A strong community feel and welcoming staff nurtures employees to grow and contribute to the company as a whole. Insurance, 401k and other benefits show that the employees are truly appreciated from the top down.

      Cons

      Being a smaller company sometimes you need to put in some extra hours to get everything accomplished but it is worth it and the time and effort do not go unnoticed but upper management.

      Pros

      I've only been here less than a year, but my experience has been great at both the Rochester and Troy offices! Positive work environment, great guidance and responsiveness from the CEO, CFO, and other senior management, and a flexible work schedule with an understanding of work/life balance.

      Have not experienced any cons.
