      Erratic CEO who is cheap and lack of growth vision

      Pros

      If you like a place that as long as you suck up to CEO you can keep a job. This is it. More of cult than a company

      Cons

      Low pay No benefits High turnover No true software vision or personnel Most erratic leadership, CEO that makes decisions base on emotions not business.

      In 2017 Management Controls went through an ownership change which included the retirement of the founding CEO. This new ownership brought an entirely new company culture built to grow and rewards all employees for their contributions including new benefits, compensation, earned bonuses and flexible PTO policies. This growth has brought a wealth of promotion and career advancement opportunities for all people at the company.

      Great customer base, all the majors in oil and gas.

      Cons

      1. Poor benefits 2. Confrontation and disrespect from senior management. 3. Lack of customer importance. 4. Amateur development team.

      Small team. Solution provides value.

      Cons

      CEO and founder is erratic. Company has cycled through 6 VP of Sales in 5 years. Go to market strategy is challenged. Company has been known to not pay earned commissions to sales team. Very challenging environment.
